Scape Todman is our eighth major student accommodation construction project to be delivered by Infinity Constructions for client Scape Australia. Located on the corner of Anzac Parade and Todman Avenue in Kensington, the development provides high-quality, modern student living designed to support wellbeing, safety, and community connection.

The project demonstrates Infinity’s expertise in large-scale multi-residential construction, complex staging, and the delivery of high-quality finishes within a dense operational urban environment.

Project Highlights:

Positioned near the UNSW university precinct, the development comprises an 18-storey building with a single basement level. The ground floor and Level 1 include retail tenancies, a central lobby, and building management facilities servicing the wider development.

Level 2 features extensive communal and multi-purpose spaces designed to foster student interaction and collaboration. Levels 3 to 16 accommodate student residences, complemented by integrated landscaped areas throughout the building. Level 17 includes a communal library and dedicated study spaces for residents.
